Trace admission requirements For New Students

The following requirements must be submitted to the office of the Registrar:

1. Original and Photocopy of Certificate of Live Birth
2. Original and Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
3. Photocopy of Report Card
4. Fully accomplished application form
5. Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by the previous Principal
6. 2 pcs. Of 1x1 and 2x2 ID pictures

For Old Students

1. Report Card (Form 138)

Returning Students

1. Returning students are considered new students

Transferee Students

The following requirements must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar:

1. Original and Photocopy of Certificate of Live Birth
2. Original and Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
3. Photocopy of Report Card
4. Fully accomplished recommendation form
5. Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by the previous Principal
6. 2 pcs. Of 1x1 and 2x2 ID pictures

*Transferee students must have a general weighted average not lower than 80% and with no failing mark in any subject. They must pass the entrance tests and interview.

Eligibility

1. KINDER 1 – 3 years and 6 months by June of incoming school
2. KINDER 2 – 4 years and 6 months by June of incoming school
3. PREP – 5 years and 6 months by June and have undergone Kinder
4. Grade One – 6 years and 6 months by June and have undergone 2 years of Pre school education

Procedure

1. Inquire at AIC and avail the list of Admission requirements (TC ADM Info No. 1b).
2. Secure payment transaction slip from AIC. Present this at the Cahier before paying the non-refundable application and processing fee (i.e., P300 for Filipinos and P600 for foreigners). Present official receipt to AIC to avail the Admission Kit and secure entrance exam schedule. The Kit contains all the required admission forms, general information on admission, and brochures. No part of the Admission Kit maybe reproduced.
3. Complete and accomplish all admission requirements and submit to AIC for checking and evaluation. ONLY COMPLETE AND ORIGINAL APPLICATION FORMS WILL BE PROCESSED. Application documents/forms once submitted become part of the school’s records, hence could not be withdrawn thereafter.
4. Upon verification of submitted requirements by AIC, secure entrance exam permit. ENTRANCE EXAM PERMITS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN TO APPLICANTS WHO HAVE SUBMITTED COMPLETE ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS.
5. Take the Entrance Exam on scheduled date at the designated venue by presenting the exam permit. NO PERMIT, NO EXAM.
6. Appear for an interview with the Guidance Counselor and Department Head.
7. All applicants will be notified of their admission i.e., acceptance, non-acceptance, denial through the notice of admission decision. Applicants are also encouraged to claim the notice personally and/or contact AIC concerning the decision and subsequent instructions if no letter has been received two weeks after taking the exam.
